"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect location, in the centre of Bristol. Lovely staff, fab room, and the best Espresso Martini you can find in town. We loved sitting in the hotel bar with a drink before heading to bed. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . No air con so it was really hot in the rooms . It was a good location , no complaints there but I think the room fee was too much considering how much they need modernising ."

"We chose the Hilton hotel for our honeymoon stay, the room was spacious and there were some lovely touches like the swans made from towels. It would have been lovely to relax in the evening by watching TV in bed but the television wasn't working we were told this would be fixed whilst we were out but it didn't happen.However we did have the option to change rooms and we were given free complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. Room was clean in general bathroom could have been cleaner as a few stray hairs were on the walls of the shower. Overall we did enjoy our time in Bristol and bath but will probably stay somewhere else next time."

"Excellent location for Bristol Temple Meads train station. The footbridge right outside the hotel goes right to the station and you only need to cross a small road, so getting to the station with bags was easy. It’s quiet inside the hotel on the weekend since it’s in a business district and there aren’t any pubs or restaurants open late or on weekends nearby (that I could find), so after the offices empty it’s very quiet. Room was basic but super clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast buffet had many options, including vegan selections. Overall a good value for the price, and I’d stay here again especially if I needed to stay somewhere near the train station. Getting to more lively parts of town is easy on foot or by car."

"We found this room disappointing and not worth the price of the room. It was very dark, not particularly clean and very basic. I would say the bathroom is fine! We did request another room, however we were asked to pay more to move. The breakfast wasn’t great, and we both left the majority of the hot food. I would put it on par with a travelodge. The service was poor and slow at the bar. The views are good, but only if on one side of the hotel, sadly we weren’t on that side. I wouldn’t stay again, there’s much nicer options in Bristol."
