"Everything was great! Love this place from the room to the breakfast. Did not use the pool. I wish every hotel was this nice at this price!"

"Breakfast and lobby and bar were great and clean. Front desk staff not friendly or personable. Room only had 1 remote for 2 TVs air vents were very dirty. Thermostat was hanging by a thread on the wall. AC was super loud and had a mind of its own. For the price per night defently cluld put more updates into the room."

"The front desk staff was very nice. The rooms could have been cleaner and the carpets were stained. You could hear everything in the room above us and next to us. There was nothing soundproof."

"TV in room didn't work called down to front desk. He said that he put a ticket in to get it repaired last week he said that it must have not got fixed correctly or the maintenance man hadden got to it yet. Next morning I talked with a supervisor name Jon about Tv not working he said that maintenance fixed the TV and sent him a picture of it working. I ensured him that the TV was still not working and asked him he went to the room to check if his maintenance person fixed it correctly cause I believe that he rented me a room with a bad Tv in it due to hotel being sold out. I asked him if renting a room with a bad TV was up to there standards.He told me that he was done talking to me. Nice Hotel very poor management "

"Room was clean, staff was very friendly and professional, and breakfast was first rate. Cost was reasonable and I would chose to stay there again when in Madison, WI. "
