Clean hotel, but a bit poor service.

The hotel was in a very good shape, but the neighbourhood was a bit shady. Rather good breakfast, but the bacon wasn’t ready for 45 minutes and at that time we had already finished our breakfast.

At arrival of outside parking is full and it is as they only have 80 spots for 300 people, you need to go to nearby parking as they don’t allow you to come close to entrance to unload your stuff. So you need to drag your stuff for some way. They say that they allowed some before that ten dumped their cars in lot… so they treat everyone badly.No door in bathroom area… design they say… very slippery shower floor probably someone will break some bones there. On plus clean and good breakfast but not very 4 star…

Good food and service

I have always liked to book Holiday in any country I visited.The one in Gottingen is exceptional . The breakfast is the best in all three countries compared. I am pleased with the kindness of the staff . The downside of it is that not all staff can speak English and Uber eats and taxi do not deliver to the hotel . Overall,I enjoyed the service from Holiday Inn Express at Gottinghen.

Nice new hotel, sofa-bed is uncomfortable, parking is not free, information about parking fee of 14 euro not wery clear!

Das Holiday Inn Express in Göttingen hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet – genau so, wie man es von dieser Hotelkette gewohnt ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche Personal, das uns mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen für das Abendessen versorgt hat. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt am Hotel vorhanden, was die Anreise mit dem Auto sehr bequem macht. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ gut, sodass man gestärkt in den Tag startet. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, insbesondere für ein Wochenende. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A hotel with a huge number of rooms, most of them unoccupied. We arrived at 2 p.m. after a very long journey, and they told us the room would be available at 3 p.m. I knew check-in was at 3 p.m., but I find it incredible that they're so stingy and didn't give us a room just an hour before.

Schönes Hotel, vor Ort war aber das Parken etwas schwierig. Die kostenpflichtigen Hotelparkplätze waren besetzt und wir haben dann in einer kleinen unbefestigten Seitengasse geparkt. In der Näheren Umgebung gab es sonst keine Möglichkeit. Das Frühstück war gut, aber leider war es auch da schwierig einen Platz zu finden.

Bra hotell för tågresenärer

Bodde en natt här på vår tågsemester och det var riktigt bra. Fina rum och nära till tågstationen. Bra service och då vi skulle med ett tidigt tåg fick vi färdigpackad frukost med oss. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet.

Hyggelig hotell i nærheten av alt.

Rent og hyggelig hotell som er sentralt, men likevel skjermet. Fint å gå tur ved elven rett ved, og kino og vitensenter rett i nærheten. Kort gåtur til Innenstadt. Anbefaler også Eisenbad badeland.Selv om de pusser opp var det nok av aktiviteter

Während einer Bahnreise waren wir eine Nacht in dem Hotel. Vom Bahnhof knapp 10min zu gehen. Sehr schön gelegen am Fluss (so war auch noch eine Joggingtour möglich). 10 min zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet, bequeme Betten. Leckeres Frühstück. Barrierefreiheit war auch überall vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir würden wiederkommen.
