Uma estadia que trouxe mais stress que descanso

o quarto estava com edredons velhos, camas e colchões muito antigos, precisando de troca, ar condicionado sem gelar pingando em uma das camas, portas com problemas, janela do banheiro está solta e fica batendo com o vento. Chuveiro está enferrujado as saídas de água, vazamento debaixo da pia do banheiro e próximo ao vaso sanitário, a torneira de quente abre pouco e a água é morna mais pra fria a torneira de água fria do chuveiro nem abre, piso do box com aspecto de sujo, tv com apenas 3 canais e mal está funcionando

Precisa melhorar

O hotel tem grande potencial, porém precisa de reforma. Chegamos no hotel já tarde, o chuveiro estava frio, banheiro mal limpo e a cama parecia que alguém tinha acabado de se levantar, toda amarrotada. Trocamos de quarto, melhorou em apenas uns 20%. A limpeza bem mal feita, nao tinha serviço de cozinha, elevadores em mal estado, sendo um interditado e o outro que funcionava nem interfone tinha. Café da manhã não é ruim, mas nao serviam nem uma granola ou aveia, com as frutas. No contexto geral, as acomodações estão péssimas e em mal estado.

Então, realizei minha reserva com mais de uma semana de antecedência e pagamento no ato da reserva. Ao chegar no hotel a noite me cobraram novamente o valor da estadia devido uma "caução" a desculpa sinalizada, foi que a colaboradora esta "cansada". Pra estornar o valor mais de 48h, porque era próximo do final de semana. O primeiro quarto, ar condicionado não funcionava, TV não pegava os canais principais,quente, mofo no teto, péssimo, só foram substituir no outro dia com muita insistência. Não recomendo.

Horrível, funcionarios extremamente indiferentes, via-se nitidamente na cara deles o mau humor. Os quartos velhos, controles quebrados, com fitas idolantes no lugar das tampas, ar condicionado vazou os 9 dias que fiquei no quarto, alagava o quarto todo, ficamos mais tempo sem usar, tive que colocar uma toalha no chão pra tentar enxugar a água, chuveiro e torneira vaza água dia e noite. Muita carapanã. E pra fechar ainda apareceu no quarto uma barata enorme.

Hotel pessímo! velho, muito sujo e com mal cheiro. paguei 150 reais para entrar e sair! Eu e minha namorada não conseguimos ficar no local. Iamos dormir e acabamos fazendo checkout as 22hs e indo para outro hotel! foi o dinheiro mais mal gasto da minha vida! Deviam me reembolsar pela vergonha que passei com ela!

Hotel com otimo preço, mas realmente precisa melhorar em muitos aspectos como trocar fechadura, acabar com os mofos pois estava com mal cheiro no quarto, trocar a cama por uma mais confortável, trocar o chuveiro para ter agua quente e melhorar um pouco mais na limpeza. Péssima limpeza

Check-in às 14h, portanto, no ato da reserva informei que chegaria entre 16h e 17h, cheguei às 18h e o quarto ainda não estava liberado. Fizeram uma "limpeza" de 2 minutos, ao entrar o banheiro estava sujo, o quarto molhado, aquela sensação de que só jogaram água e um "cheirinho" e raparam. As toalhas pareciam panos de chão, sujas, finas e de qualidade horrível. Optei por me hospedar nesse hotel, pq duma outra vez, me hospedei e foi ótimo, zero reclamações, mas desta vez, deixou muito a desejar.
