Atendimento péssimo.

Foram dias tenebrosos, a começar pelo check-in, não existe ninguém na recepção para te explicar e para te receber. Antes da viagem uma mulher me ligou pedindo um caução e foi super prepotente. Atendimento horrível, não recomendo. Nunca fica ninguém na recepção para te auxiliar.

Bom apartemento, mas pode melhorar atendimento.

O apartamento é excelente, muito bem localizado e confortável, e todo atendimento funciona online via whatsapp. Tem um pequeno problema no whatsapp com a demora com em responder do atendimento, então melhor ter paciência. Também atenção ao caução que é necessário ser pago, e que demora mais de 72 horas para ser estornado.

Necessário alguns pequenos "ajustes" para ser bom.

As acomodações são ótimas, de uma forma geral. Tudo satisfatório. Lamentei, profundamente, a falta de uma pessoa fisica no local para fazer o check-out, ja que deixei cauçao. Ninguem conferiu o flat na saída. Pediram para deixar a chave do flat e controle da garagem na caixa de correios do prédio. Me sugeriram "filmar", se quisesse, informando que o serviço deles "é assim mesmo". Achei um absurdo! E se quiserem me cobrar por algum dano, se nao houve nenhum, se deixei tudo como encontrei? Com certeza nao aceitarei. Senti-me, impotente diante disso. Lamentável esse episódio.
