Ocean, City & Waterway view -2bed2bath on level 10

This stunning two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located in the Towers of Chevron Renaissance on the 10th floor. It has views on both the to the east, and the beautiful waterways to the south west.

It is spacious & beautifully furnished for a comfortable stay.

Towers of Chevron Renaissance is a Gold Coast Icon & is perfectly located with shops and restaurants at your doorstep and a short stroll to the beach. Staying in this apartment you will have full access to the resort facilities. Important Notice:



Please be advised that Chevron Tower 1 is currently experiencing a pump failure, resulting in the air conditioning not functioning at this time. Repairs are currently underway and are expected to be resolved within approximately 4–5 weeks.



We will do our best to allocate a room with air conditioning where possible; however, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.



Please also note that the Level 5 indoor heated pool is currently closed for retiling works from 30 April until further notice. The gym and indoor pool toilet facilities remain open during this time.



Maintenance works will be carried out on the Lagoon Spa starting 6 May 2026 to restore the spa jets. This is expected to take around 4 weeks, and during this time the spa and BBQ area will not be available.



Also, the indoor pool will be closed from 3 May 2026 for approximately 4 weeks for refurbishment.
