"Clean room nice staff great overall experience "

"The staff is very nice. The breakfast was better than expected. Unfortunately, they work at an old hotel that has been poorly maintained. The pool was not usable. There are multiple pallets stored in the lobby area. The gym has broken equipment. Both beds in my room are worn out and noisy. The door to the parking lot acknowledged my room key on Friday, but not Saturday. The room door did not meet the minimum 20-minute fire rating requirement."

"While the saltwater pool was certainly the highlight for our family, the house was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the host was amazingly responsive. One concern before the trip was whether a wheelchair would be able to make it through the front door. While that ended up not being a problem, Josh purchased a ramp for the front door anyway and was responsive to our questions leading up to and during the trip. We will definitely hope to stay here again when we visit family in the area. "
