"The room was clean, and neatly arranged. I stayed 3 nights, the staff was helpful and polite. I arrived late in the evening to a thermostat set at 72 degrees. A nice addition to the late July heat. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in the area that will have minimum impact your pocket book."

"I've stayed at this property several times throughout the years due to its location . Main street, the river, restaurants, bars and shops are a couple blocks away. While the staff is always great, the property experience over the last couple of years was not so great.....the rooms were poorly cleaned, the furniture worn, and most common items ( towels, hangers, ironing boards, etc) missing. This year, however, was a TOTALLY different experience! Great room, very clean, well appointed ....

"This hotel is dirty. The shower curtain was stained. The carpets had dirt and grass in areas including the room. Couch was stained and bathtub was full of hair. Sadly it is the best available in Jonesboro without staying 30 miles aways."
