"The chalet has the most amazing view I have ever seen from a property. It is perfectly located 10 minutes walk from the main ski area, via a set of steps behind the house. The local shop is a 5 minute walk for fresh bread and essentials. Judith and Eric couldn’t have been more helpful. I asked quite a few questions over the months leading up to our holiday and they were always incredibly helpful. A true home from home which we would love to return to one day"

"Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite. "

"This is not a hotel for a traveler. It’s suited to family vacations in the mountains. No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? Yes, but a 200-meter hike with bags. "
