"The check-in process was extremely simple. This house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fine.The only suggestion I have was to make the outside space a little more inviting. There were only 2 pool loungers. There were 4 planters that only had weeds and no plants along the fence line of the pool. The pool itself was great. It would’ve been great to have a few outdoor games (bean toss, ladder ball). The outdoor covered area is a great space and could be so inviting with a few updates:) It is super private and had several bunnies visit every evening. We had a great time and these few small outdoor inconveniences would not be a reason not to visit this property again. Thank you for a wonderful week.Much appreciated."

"Our stay was everything we hoped for and more.wading up to the trip, the host was quick to reply to questions and gave us so much information. The house was beautiful. Our own resort. The pool was stunning and the house was spacious but the layout was also very thought out with various lounging areas and a big laundry and comfy kitchen. As beautiful as the home was, it was equally cozy.After days of hiking and golfing we loved coming back to the house.It’s also in the best part of Scottsdale. A little drive to downtown but we really didn’t want to leave the North Scottsdale area where the home was. It had amazing restaurants and was a short two hour drive to spend the day hiking in Sedona.I recommend this house for anyone and everyone."

"We stayed here for 6 nights with three families. The house is beautiful, well-furnished, and the location worked well for our group. The rooftop patio was a highlight with amazing sunset and sunrise views.Unfortunately, the pool was not functional when we arrived. The vacuum was disconnected, the water level was too low for the equipment to operate, and the auto-fill system wasn't working. We reported the issue on Day 1 (Saturday), but the pool company doesn't work weekends and couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon. In the meantime, we spent multiple days troubleshooting on behalf of the host, including running hoses, monitoring water levels, and photographing equipment through constant back-and-forth on the VRBO app. The pool wasn't fully usable until Wednesday, giving us two days of use out of a 6-night stay.If you're booking this property for the pool, which was our primary reason, just be aware that if something goes wrong it may require significant time and effort on your part to get it resolved. We eventually received a partial refund through VRBO, which we appreciated.Great house with a lot of potential, but the pool maintenance and turnover process needs improvement."

"We absolutely loved our family spring break stay at this property! We had a very relaxing vacation and enjoyed the outside area so much! We cooked our dinners all outside using the bbq and pizza oven as well as hanging in the pool hot tub and putting in the evenings! The sunsets from the back patio were like no other! I just wish they could accommodate us with an early and late checkin/out due to the cost of the rental. Otherwise it was an absolutely wonderful stay! "

"This house is amazing!! The backyard pool and slide kept the kids having fun all weekend long. The basement activity room and theatre are a major bonus. The management company was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was a great size for our family to spread out and each of us having our own bathrooms was very nice. The pool and spa were wonderful and the views from the primary bed and outdoor patio were breathtaking. The neighbor below wasn’t very pleasant - I think he needs a hug. Also, the alarm on every door leading outside was really loud and the bypass buttons didn’t all work. 10/10 recommend and hope to stay there again!"
