"Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The bedding and towels were fresh and quite new. The shower room was very clean and the shower was nice hot and powerful. We paid extra for the breakfast. The coffee was very good and the selection of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, juice, boiled eggs, cheese, fresh fruit, dried fruits and butter, jams etc was great. Obligés d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de ménage, après s'être battu pour avoir une réponse au téléphone (service client ne répond pas). Différents éléments non fonctionnels (prises et lumière de tête de lit, siège extérieur cassé, fixations des rideaux qui se décrochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...). Pas de mobilier...
