Property Features:

• Downstairs Living: Open-plan living area with a flat screen TV, R/C Aircon, dining space, and a kitchen
• Second Kitchen/Dining Area: Equipped with a dishwasher, dining table, and sink.
• Bedrooms: Four bedrooms in total. Two rooms feature queen beds, one room has a tri bunk and one with two single beds. The upstairs bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom.
• Bathrooms: A main bathroom with a shower, vanity, and separate W/C.
• Laundry: Front load washing machine for your convenience.
• Upstairs Living Area: Additional living space with a flat screen TV, R/C Aircon and a small balcony offering breathtaking panoramic views.
• Outdoor Spaces: Large rear entertaining deck with BBQ, fully fenced backyard with lawn and garden, and a charming front garden with lawn.
• Firepit: Enjoy during the Winter months (dependant on fire restrictions)
• Parking: Plenty of off-street parking and room for boat storage off the street.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed, and the garage is not available for use.
• Important Note: Strictly no charging of electric vehicles on the property.

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen linen. If you wish to hire linen, contact our office at least 3 days before your arrival to arrange this service. The linen company will deliver the hired linen to the property before your arrival. Please note that we do not offer a bed-making service, so you will need to make the beds upon arrival.
