From November 20 through January 9, this one-of-a-kind retreat becomes part of Christmas at the Tiny Resort, complete with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, twinkling lights, mistletoe, and plenty of holiday charm.



Tucked into an oak tree and framed by two tall pines, Jaybird is anything but an ordinary Christmas getaway. Imagine sipping hot cocoa by the fire, watching deer wander through the woods, and spending cozy evenings among the treetops with your favorite people.



And the best part? We do the decorating. You just show up and enjoy the magic!

Jaybird sleeps up to five guests. The main level has a cozy queen bedroom, while a trap door leads to a lower sleeping area with three twin beds — a favorite for kids and adventurous adults alike!

The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, and cooking basics. There's even an ice cream maker for a little vacation fun!



Relax in the comfortable living area with a Smart TV, board games, books, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

A full shower with a unique rock river floor, modern fixtures, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Enjoy beautiful sunset views from the large elevated deck, try the bucket pulley on the smaller deck, or relax in the hammock below. There's also a tire swing for kids and kids at heart.



Gather around your private firepit with comfortable seating and provided firewood. Down by the lake, our shared sunbathing and stargazing deck offers another peaceful spot to relax, complete with a second firepit.
