My 7 year old grandson thought it was the BEST ever hotel! We loved the bunk beds and excellent pillows.
The pool was great too and the Legos everywhere kept everyone getting along and having fun.
Oh yes- we will always remember the disco elevator!
My grandson was disappointed i couldn't figure out how to mirror my phone on the TV.
There’s not much to do at the resort. The arcade consist of 5 small games. The restaurant is limited. The fun is at the amusement park and the outside patio. Bring a game or two. If it rains there’s nothing to do.
My family enjoyed a wonderful experience at the Leholand resort and park. The staff were helpful, welcoming and kind. The room was decorated to be a child’s dream come true.
Amazing experience . The staff made our stay memorable !! Breakfast was delicious and fun. Best for a rainy day.

Was not able to check in until 5:00 p.m. it was chaos. They never delivered our luggage. I had to go back downstairs and get luggage. The food options was horrendous. And when I tried to leave the parking company which is separate than the hotel tried to charge me $50 every time I tried to leave. Went back to the lobby to tell him about the parking and they said there was nothing they could do that. I couldn't leave until after the gates are up which was late at night. The hotel was a horrible experience but the Legoland park was nice.
Stayed during a 2-day journey to Lego Land Park. Overall a good stay and convenient to Park. Room was suitable for its purpose and kid liked the decor. Food is not tasty but not other options. Breakfast was fair though. Staff at the Hotel and Park are real pros with customer service #1 priority evident in every interaction.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and the pool is wonderful—though it’s a shame it closes for a period during the day; I don't understand why, given that it's summer and very hot. The activity program for little ones is very weak; the hotel was packed with children, yet there was nothing for them to do. Furthermore, they didn't deliver on what was promised—we never saw the characters at breakfast, which was part of the offer. The park closes early, leaving us with nothing to do for the rest of the day. There wasn't even a microwave in the common areas to heat up water, nor a kitchenette to prepare baby bottles. We had to pay extra for everything at breakfast; I found that a bit odd considering the high nightly rate—there are just so many additional costs. I don't know if I'd return, but everyone has to have their own experience.
They made the place so much fun for children and every staff member was beyond helpful and cheerful. Truly a great family place.

Rooms were clean, pool was over crowded and too warm during a heat wave. Pool deck was dirty and pool bathrooms were disgusting. They should have been kept up with the amount of people there. There was no toilet paper and soap at one point. Food was okay, staff were nice. I feel for price of stay facility up keep should have been better. Also everyone needs to note if booking through a third party you will not be given hotel parking which is included if booking directly through hotel. I booked through Expedia and when leaving hotel/park I had to pay $50 to leave. All hotel guests should be given complementary parking passes. I definitely do not plan on staying at hotel again because I love so close to park but I was truly disappointed as our stay was a last minute surprise for my kids.
For the most part, our stay was wonderful. It would have been top-notch if we'd been told ahead of time that we should make breakfast reservations early so we didn't arrive and find out we only had breakfast options at 7:30 am or 10am. 7:30 was too early for our kids and we wanted to be at Legoland when it opened at 10am so we ended up ordering a breakfast delivery instead of enjoying the complimentary hot breakfast offered as part of our stay. We did make a dinner reservation at the Bricks and were a bit taken aback at how expensive it was for the choices offered. We were able to make a breakfast reservation for our second day there for 8:45am so that was great!
Highly recommend this for a beautiful family experience if you have kids! We enjoyed a 1-night, 2-day stay, and we absolutely loved everything inside the hotel and had an amazing time at the LegoLand park itself. However, there were a few downsides for the price. The room's cleanliness wasn't up to par it just lacked that fresh, crisp, clean feeling and smell when you walk in, and the bathroom was the same. Also, for a hotel of this caliber, the food definitely should have been better. Another frustrating part was the parking situation: you have to pay every single time you leave and come back to the hotel. On the positive side, the room itself was beautifully designed and decorated with a great Ninjago theme and excellent lighting. Everything else about our stay was wonderful and very impressive. It is definitely on the pricier side, but aside from those issues, it was a truly great experience! 🙌
From the friendly, helpful staff, to the amenities for the children the play area in the lobby, the music playing in the elevators, the aesthetics, the Lego-themed room, the holiday cheer, it was all amazing ! My children loved it ! Can’t wait to be back in the summer to enjoy the summer activities at the hotel and at the park.
We had an amazing time at Legoland New York! The staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made my daughter London's birthday extra special. The pirate-themed room was incredible, full of fun details and Lego magic everywhere. There was great entertainment, tons of Lego activities, and everyone went out of their way to wish her a happy birthday. She even found Mr gold on her birthday. Such a memorable experience for the whole family! 🏴☠️🧱🎉
Being a mother of an autistic son who booked this trip through Expedia for his 11th Birthday, the experience was horrible, being labeled a ‘resort hotel’, the thought when booking perks should be attached(this was not explained when bought through Expedia, persons who used third party was obviously treated with little respect and all questions asked was directed to Expedia.
There is very little to do on the resort and you staying at the resort be reminded you have pay a different fee to enter the Lego land, breakfast is horrible (choices are limited and you have to pay for PANCAKES AND FRUITSSSS!.
This property is beautiful however there is only a pool and a game room( that comes with a price for each game)
Be mindful many other properties offer better services for less and are autistic friendly.
Customer service should be at the forefront however workers didn’t care about your concerns and were not willing to assist.
Check in is at 4 if you leave the property you are charged forty-two dollars to leave and return each night( they send you a link to pay thirty -five for each day parking at the resort- it couldn’t get any worse.
Yes it did park day,at the window when the situation was explained ,my family was asked to pay ninety-nine dollars for park tickets or purchase online. Rain came down and most of the day was ruined-my son was sit with his siblings.Advise, buy a day pass, drive up but the hotel is not worth the influencers hype. Very basic and customer service horrendous.
We live 3 hours away, so it made sense to spend the night. So glad we did! The hotel is steps away from the park. Kinda gives you a Disney vibe walking from WDW Swan to Epcot. The hotel itself is cool. Rooms helped the kids feel like they were really on vacation. Now the bad: For me, i wish they had ceiling fans or a way to adjust the air because the room was both cool and stuffy at the same time. Makes no sense but thats the only way i can describe it. Wish the kids sleeping area had a lamp or night light like the main area does because the kids didn't like how dark it got there. Also, the food onsite is basically overpriced heat and eat stuff. Nothing felt freshly made. $28 for chicken alfredo is fine at a restaurant; but this tasted like microwaveable Marie Calendars or Stouffers that was already pre-made for the hotel. Same with the pizza. Definitely with the burgers. Those patties were as thin as the cheese! They only have 4 cocktails on the menu but at $22 each I expected 🔥 cocktails. Not the case. Fries were good though. Breakfast was edible. Overall, the hotel is good but manage your expectations and expect to overpay for everything in order to create great memories! Staff were all great too.

Worth it for the convenience
We took a trip to Legoland this past weekend with our twin boys who were turning seven and stayed overnight in the Legoland Hotel. You cannot beat the convenience of the hotel which is located just a short walking distance from the entrance/exit of the park. After a full day of fun with the kids, it was very nice to have the hotel so close by. The hotel itself was fine, the room was relatively clean, the beds were comfortable, and my kids had fun with the scavenger hunt that involved finding different items in the room in order to get a code to unlock a treasure chest which had little lego sets inside, a very nice touch. The reason for only giving three stars is, as other reviews have noted, the walls being incredibly thin. At around 9:00, when we were trying to get our young boys to bed, a kid in a room next door to us was screaming and swearing at someone in their room, calling them a "f***ing moron" which was clear as day in our room. Then, in another room, across the hall, a baby or young child started screaming and crying hysterically at around 2:00 AM and it lasted until at least 4:30 AM when my wife and I were finally able to fall back to sleep. I cannot express how loud it was in our room. This seems to be a frequent occurence at the hotel based on other reviews I read, so you're rolling the dice a bit staying here. All in all, it's probably worth staying here if you have a long ride back so that you can stay at the park until it closes and maximize your experience.

Room had popcorn around the bed, bunk beds and bathroom. Complimentary water bottle was open and half full. Staff was friendly and gave us another room. The free basic breakfast was okey.
