The holiday property consists of three separate villas, which are fully equipped and pleasantly furnished, all connected to the space where there is a heated indoor pool with counter-current swimming and sauna. The property can accommodate up to 23 people and is ideal for three to four families who want to spend their holiday together. The houses are located in the middle of unspoilt nature, surrounded by orchards, yet they offer easy access to the coast and the beautiful Plitvice Lakes National Park. The extraordinary natural beauty of the lakes, waterfalls and forest has long been a delight for nature lovers, and the area was declared Croatia's first national park in 1949. In 1979, the Plitvice Lakes were recognised internationally when they were added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. The national park covers an area of almost 300 square kilometres. Guests can arrange many fun activities with the owner, such as cycling, paintball, quad safari, kayaking, rafting, buggy tours, day trips to the nearby national parks to the Una River (Bosnia and Herzegovina) or sailing trips to the Kornati Islands, a visit to the Nikola Tesla Museum or the Grabovaa Nature Park.
