Some messages that I sent requesting help took over 12 hours to be answered. The propane stove, which looks like a wood stove, did not work. The pilot light had gone out.All of these issues like the manual, the heater and the stove should have been checked and functioning before people arrived. Also, I have never seen such thin cheap toilet paper So although the local a woman on the island was very responsive and came over and helped me with the heat which still didn’t work because it was pre-programmed and none of us out of eight women could figure out how to change the programming during the weekend the organization of AvantStay did not offer generous accommodations and was not swiftly responsive. I asked for a refund because of the difficulties with the manual and the heating system and I was offered the 100 refund which to me was inadequate but better than nothing for the challenges that we went through. "

"Well set up with a large kitchen and multiple bedrooms. It was a bit cold and rainy for outdoor eating, but the deck and lawn setup looked inviting. It was nice to have a pet friendly place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable."
