"Good decision for a 1 night stay close to the Salzburg airport"

"Great location, they love dogs & very welcoming, excellent staff with good local knowledge, cannot fault the FREE train service to Austria, ONLY through the hotel pass, clean, large room, with fridge & coffee machine, good breakfast choice, 10 minute walk to town & train station, 5 minute walk to pub with awesome food, but REALLY, REALLY busy pub. There has to be a negative, unfortunately we didn’t find the bar open at all and the alcoholic vending machine was CASH ONLY!! "

"This hotel is amazingly peaceful and just the break we needed. With amenities like breakfast, spa access, and lake access including, I was very impressed. They even helped us when we ran into a taxi problem. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending others soon."

"We stayed for two nights. The hotel’s photos are misleading they show a newer lakeside property that is actually a different section not included in our booking. For a 4-star hotel, the room was very basic: no fridge or kettle, and the furniture felt old and cheap. While the room was clean and breakfast was excellent, the overall experience did not justify the price. Access from the parking is also inconvenient, with multiple doors and stairs, making it difficult with luggage. Overall, it felt like the expectations set by the photos were much higher than the reality."
