"Staff was mid. Not friendly, but not rude. Indifferent. I like a warm and friendly greeting. I am staying at your place. If I had a guest, I treat them as a guest. When I checked out, the front desk clerk/ night auditor didn’t even come out from around the wall, just asked if I was checking out and if I needed a receipt and said goodbye. Room was good, beds were comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was good enough. Weird that you needed to go the front desk for eggs and sausage. Also, weird that it’s a hotel on the 2nd floor and a motel on the first and no elevator. I had 3 kids and a lot of luggage."
