This beautiful condo located at the Villas in Grafton, Illinois is the perfect place for an individual or couple’s getaway weekend! This unit is in the same building and shares a garage with listing #1581958. Please consider renting both properties if you are looking to accommodate more people. This efficiency condo is located in the heart of Grafton, Illinois just below the Aeries Winery. It features 1 bedroom/living room, 1 bathroom/shower, full size fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and microwave. The large balcony overlooks the confluence of the Illinois and Mississippi rivers offering spectacular views year round. The condo is tastefully furnished. During the summer months guests may enjoy the large pool (closes September 1st) also overlooking the rivers. Grafton, Illinois is a small river town and is fast becoming the desired location for weekend getaways with many establishments throughout the town. Unique shops, wineries, bars, and restaurants where you will be able to enjoy live music. Those are just a few of the many choices you have to choose from in Grafton. For those who desire a little adventure, Grafton is host to the Aeries Zip Line and the new Aeries SkyTour Gondola. Raging Rivers Waterpark is just one mile south of Grafton on the Great River Road. Pere Marquette State Park is another option for those looking for an adventure with many hiking trails and a horseback riding facility. The Sam Vadalabene Great River Road Bike Trail is a paved 20 mile trail from Grafton to Alton. If you are a boater, bring your boat and launch it at the free town boat ramp. You can take a ferry ride from Grafton to St. Charles, MO or to Calhoun County, IL. Great location. Near a lot of restaurants, bars, winery's and unique local shops. The sky lift to Aries Winery was also a great experience. Beautiful scenic view of the river and it's surroundings.

Nice Weekend Getaway Spot

The room was clean, bed was comfortable with nice bedding. The full sized fridge is a huge plus for ice, beer and leftovers! The unit is in close proximity to all the bars and restaurants. It was really nice having access to a pool, as it was extremely hot during our stay. The neighbors who live there and share the pool were very welcoming and friendly. One very nice man even left his bags set out for my husband and brother in law to use all day!

Perfect for a girl’s getaway

This property was the perfect space for my friend and I! It was clean and bed was comfortable. The only 2 complaints I had was the remote to the tv didn’t work and I had to figure out how to reprogram it; the listing also had a hot tub and there was no hot tub on the property. This should be removed from the listing. Great place!

Quick Night Away

Property was fine and great location but wasn’t too happy with the noise level of the upstairs renters. Every time the toilet flushed we heard it, and heard the foot traffic loud and clear. My husband is an air quality specialist and looked at the air filters of the air conditioning - they were very dirty. Please replace those for the next renters. We also had our parking spot taken by the upstairs neighbor. We parked across the street in gravel as we didn’t want to cause issues.
