The facilities were absolutely clean, neat and organized. The decor wasn’t completely modern but it had all the necessary appointments to make for a great, budget-friendly lodging option. Highly recommended.
Only queen size beds available. Refrigerator made vibrating noise entire time. Had to request another room since first room had been smoked in; manager quickly addressed and was easy to work with; great staff, but owner needs to continue to reinvest in upgrades, possibly adding some king bed rooms. Average low budget stay.
Nice property for the price. Wish a king size bed option was available, but other than that everything was clean and functional. Also, good shower pressure and good bar soap!
Nice weekend away. Bed was firmer than my liking and alittle musty due to others smoking in the room before my stay but over all was nice. quite property and check in was a breeze.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Great hospitality!
Lynn was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Lynn is so friendly and amazing. She allowed me to check into my hotel early so I could make it to a funeral on time. Very understanding. I loved my stay there it was so quiet and peaceful. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals
Both the suite and the property were super clean. The suites themselves are in a fairly quiet area, but food, gas, and other conveniences are very close. This is a pretty basic suite but had everything I needed (except a hair dryer - unsure if they keep any at the front desk; I didn't ask). I was traveling solo and didn't use, but it's nice that they have a charcoal grill and picnic tables available, as well as onsite laundry. Friendly and helpful staff. I will stay here again if I'm back in the area.
We are very comfortable here. So much so we are going to stay here until our job ends. It’s a 40 minute drive but the price and hospitality here are amazing (Lyn)
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We went in the summer and it seems like a small thing but they had cooled the room which is awesome because not every place will do that. Room was bigger than I thought it would be so the space was awesome. And the place seemed spotless
What I liked the most is the design of the room. Bedroom is separate from the living room. The available plates, silverware and pots/pans that they provide were disappointing at best.
Affordable Suites was neat and tidy. On-site manager was very friendly and hospitable. Kitchenette stocked with service for 2. Lacking in bathroom amenities like hand towels and conditioner. A 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner was provided but not separate items. Bath towels and washcloths were provided. Overall, a clean comfortable unit well worth its price.
This property is very nice. The room was very clean. The only exception was the smoke/nicotine odor. Very strong. There is a no smoking policy but obviously their are people who do not follow the policy. It is possible that it could also have been caused by the small gap at the bottom of the door and placement of the cigarette ashtray outside of the door of our unit (which I moved). Such a shame because the unit is nice but removing the smell that has permeated the furniture and vents would take a lot of work.

Disliked: Amenities
Our stay was OK, please note the office is closed on Saturdays after Noon and all-day Sunday. We arrived on Sunday and had to call ahead to have someone come and check us in. The facility allows pets but if you book thru a third party make sure you call ahead to advise the staff you have a pet or prepare for an unpleasant experience upon check in. Due to no staff present on a Sunday expect more "activity" outside of the rooms, the other days with staff present were quiet. Our room was clean, however the bathroom door was broken, kitchen cabinet door was crooked, and one of the windows did not lock. Overall, for the price our stay was OK and the staff when present was accommodating.
Overall, I give this place a 4 out of 5. Overall, the room was clean, free of bugs, did not smell of smoke, the area was quiet and appeared safe - no loitering or shady activity. When I checked in, the woman, named Lynn, was really nice. If I ever needed anything, she told me to contact her via text. If noise is going on at night, etc. All positive stuff. Now the areas for improvement. This is based on being in room 108 the nights of October 3rd and 4th. 1) Probably the most critical one. I attached 2 pictures. The first one is the air vent on the ceiling right by the light in the bathroom. It is caked in dust. The second one, not quite as bad as the first, still has a lot of dust. That was the air vent in the bedroom. For an allergy sufferer like me, that can be bad. 2) The magnets on the curtain in the shower need to be replaced. One was weak and the other didn't work. If you spend about 3 minutes wetting the side of the tub, you can get the curtain to stick and then shower without it constantly blowing all the way in. 3) Advertising could be improved when sending info to sites like hotels.com. She is the only one that works there. No 24 hour front desk. Not a big issue, but would be nice to know. She "calls you" day of arrival, but says "wireless caller". Many don't answer because of scams these days. She reached via text. Overall good, but feels weird relying on a single person. Though she did answer my questions. I would consider staying again.
Lynn is super friendly and accommodating.
The suite is spacious. Super convenient to everything on our agenda: Iselys farm, downtown Graham, Alamance Crossing and family.
Room was basically clean but due for a deep cleaning. Furniture shows age. But you gotta consider the price. Floors have been replaced with LVP, which sheds its color on white socks and bare feet.
Great hot water and pressure.
Comfy pillows. Bed is firm.
Kitchen is sparsely supplied. Fine for a few days, but I would need more utensils for a longer stay. Wine glasses would be nice. 2 water glasses at least… guessing things get broken and not restocked. I’m sure Lynn would have provided anything had we asked. (Hairdryer 😉)
Will definitely stay again.
The studio inside smells like old clothes. I don’t know if they don’t air it out properly or what. Also almost everyone there smokes, so even though they can’t smoke in the room when you go out the smoke hits you in the face especially if you have neighbors that smoke. The shower curtain continuously has to be pushed off you when you shower. Last thing was the sofa bed isn’t comfortable and it had cigarette burns on them. Other than that bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the manager was very nice. Called for extra towels, TP and pillows and were brought right away.
