"Excellent hotel and located in one of the best beaches in the area. What adds on to all of this is the utmost kind staff."

"Sterile environment. Hallways were bare white. Staff not very friendly they just followed rules. We could not get a one hr early check in even though the hotel had low occupancy. We had too ask for extra pillows, none in closet. No bath mat. The soap dispenser was on the opposite wall of the sink. Food in main dining room was good not great. They had one waiter for all the diners. It was strange for a supposed five star restaurant. The view was spectacular. The massage we had in the spa was very good. Probably would try somewhere else next time. We felt like a number not a treasured guest. Our hotels in Lisbon and Cascais were excellent "

"Villa was huge and set on lovely grounds in a good location, if you drive. Rooms were all clean. Bbq area was great. Facilities were dated, plug sockets and kitchen equipment could be modernised. Private Pool area was lovely, but it was not cleaned by staff once while we were there for 5 days and by the end it was green on the steps and the edges with the same little bugs floating around for 3 days. That aside, I would stay there again but request the pool be cleaned more regularly."

"This is a fantastic extremely large house. There were 5 of us and plenty of room. The heated pool was definitely worth paying the extra fundsWe had a few issues on the first day I think mainly because we were first guest of the season but these were all responded to promptly The house is well equipped. A few thing missing like potato pealler and pool towels not provided. And some of the crockery was damaged but there was plenty so we just moved the broken stuff to one side. The house is in a really quiet location so we had a lot of rest which was our main aim of the holiday. Definitely a must to take mosquito repellent as we suffered quite badly. Overall a really great holiday. We explored lots of the local areas and had a really good holiday. "

"Got upgraded to the 2 bedroom apartment with garden view, very quiet and great to relax, breakfast and dinner were superb. We both had a massage at the spa that was very relaxing and enjoyable. A hire car would be recommended to take advantage of the surrounding area."
