Fantastic hotel with a show stopping balcony with amazing views across Granada. Staff very helpful and breakfast was amazing with wide variety of options. Room itself was a little tired (lot less wow factor than the communal areas) and no pool but main lobby and seating areas very nice. Great air conditioning which was needed!

Room was beautiful but smelled a bit musty. Especially the closet. It’s a super old but beautiful building. Staff was outstanding. It was clean overall and the restaurant is spectacular due to view.
