This integrated studio accommodates up to 2 guests and features a comfortable double bed, a sitting area with armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, WiFi, and a Smart TV—offering all the amenities for a practical and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

The space

Suite Elvira offers a modern, bright, and carefully designed space focused on comfort. It is a functional studio where every element has been thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and provide a comfortable stay in central Granada.

The main area combines the bedroom and living room in one cozy environment. It features a comfortable 150 cm double bed, designed to ensure restful sleep after a day exploring the city. The space is complemented by two armchairs and a 43-inch Smart TV, creating the perfect setting to relax after discovering Granada.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern and practical, designed so you can prepare your meals with ease during your stay. It includes a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware. Additionally, the studio has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, making it especially convenient for both short and long stays.

The apartment also features a full bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Located on the ground floor, Suite Elvira combines functionality, comfort, and a prime location in central Granada.

Every detail has been carefully considered to offer a practical, modern, and cozy experience—ideal for couples who want to discover Granada with all the comforts from the very first moment.

Notice: The building does not have private parking or public parking in the immediate area.

In the arrival instructions, we will share the location of two nearby parking spaces available for your use.

Please note that, due to local regulations, only vehicles meeting the corresponding emissions standards are allowed to enter the area; otherwise, access will not be permitted.

Guest access and common areas

When you stay in our apartment, you will have the entire space exclusively for you and your companions. From the moment you arrive, you can enjoy complete privacy and comfort in every corner of this cozy accommodation.

Other things to note

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of your stay. This amount will be fully refunded automatically between 24 and 72 hours after check-out, provided no damage or issues are found in the property.



If you need a crib or high chair, please check availability in advance. This service has an additional cost

.For safety reasons, we do not provide pillows in baby cots, following the recommendations of the Spanish Association of Pediatrics, which advises not to use them until the baby transitions to a bed.

However, if your baby is used to sleeping with a pillow, you are welcome to bring your own.



Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and submit the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, you will need to complete a form with the guests’ details.
