We had an amazing stay! Staff was attentive and caring. The food at the pub was great, we recommend. We also had fun in the game room. Our room was modern and very clean. The only downsides were the ac that was loud and not enough pillows. Other than that, perfect stay

We were sadly up all night we could hear everything in our room from loud traffic to people running down the hallways of the hotel and slamming doors at all hours of the night. We got maybe an hour of sleep from 7PM to 6AM. Our room was fairly clean besides dirt on the carpet. We had fresh clean bedding, clean towels, and soap. The pool and hot tubs were open we didn’t use them but lots of people were enjoying. Other than the loud noise and no sleep the place it’s self is decent quality.

I stayed at the hotel a week ago in a different room and was very pleased with the quality of the room and how nice it was. I brought my kids back for a birthday trip for my daughter, and stayed in a suite and was surprised to see the room to be a bit dated compared to the other room. We loved to spa tub and didn’t bother our stay, but the difference if the stays surprised me.

Stay was the same as before, comfortable, clean and staff is friendly. I only have 2 comments: 1. Poor girl was alone during check-in and there was a lot of people waiting; 2. Include breakfast year round not just during summer.
