You will have the entire house to yourself and the house is extremely easy to find and access. You will also have access to the basement, where free laundry is located.

This house is complete with a smart lock, smart TV, and plush furnishings.

The master bedroom boasts a Queen bed with a brand-new memory-foam mattress and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort. The master bedroom has its own Smart TV, and a desk if you are in town for work. Decor and special touches make this space unique.

The second bedroom is stocked for kids and the young at heart. The room has twin bunk beds with memory foam, a desk, and a pack n' play is available. Enjoy some favorite toys, books, games, and activities!

The third bedroom also includes a full-sized, brand-new memory-foam mattress, dresser, and plenty of closet space. USB ports are on each lamp for easy charging of your devices.

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, K-cup coffee maker, and oven with gas range. We also have a dishwasher because who likes doing dishes? While there is no complimentary breakfast, we always make sure there is coffee and tea stocked for your convenience.

The dining room has seating for 4 with 2 extra chairs to make it suitable for 6 guests.

The living room has a flat screen smart TV. There is no cable.

The basement, although unfinished, is quite nice for a little extra space and includes both a washer, dryer, and all the laundry supplies you'll need.

This home is located in a quiet, peaceful setting away from it all. Quiet neighbors. There are great walking/running options from the home and nearby.

**We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you take your shoes off while in the home.**

The house has its own private driveway, and a large parking area behind the house, with plenty of privacy. Please park in the driveway since there is plenty of parking available. *Please note, there is a 3-stall garage that is not accessible to guests.

**NOTE: There are 2 stairs to enter the home so it is not handicap accessible.

Each bedroom has a dresser and closet and all the amenities you will need to feel like you are in a home away from home.
