"When I first arrived to check in, The front desk employee did not greet me, did not offer a smile, there was absolutely no warmth. Because I didn’t realize this hotel is right off of I 95 a very busy highway, I asked if my room was able to be on the other side of the building. He said yes, that he had me on the other side. When I got to my room, I realized no it’s facing I could’ve thrown a stone onto the highway. It was so close and when I called to ask him why he didn’t tell me when I asked he said he didn’t know that he looked at the map of the room is wrong. I can tell you after staying there one time I can tell you which side of the building the odd and even numbers are. Additionally, I usually am very pleased with comfort in beds, these were however, not comfortable at all. On the second night I slept three hours and left early. Very disappointing."

"Breakfast was listed as complementary, however, there was no breakfast. They had some brownies, individually wrapped, drip coffee, and oatmeal in a pouch without any bowls, milk, juice, fruits. No honestly any place to sit and have breakfast. The only thing I could see was to grab a coffee cup put oatmeal in it and pour hot water."

"The breakfast offers only one protein option (eggs); otherwise, it’s just bread in every form imaginable! Luckily, there’s a Cracker Barrel right next door. When we checked in, we were assisted by a very helpful woman, but later on, there was another person at the front desk with a very bad attitude."
