4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We were switched from one room to another, due to bathroom door being unable to close. The bed skirts were filthy and we had beetles on the floor. Second room was dirty, the bathroom door stuck after a shower and the bed sheet were overly huge and one pillow had blood on it. The breakfast was great though.

The room was clean and good size. They seemed to be doing some renovations because of the furniture stacked outside but was neatly arranged not just thrown. The "breakfast" they have is nothing to write home about and needs a little improvement but we did not stay there for the breakfast. We would stay there again.
