Really clean and quiet for a lower rated motel. Very convenient location. Things are old, showers have temp and pressure issues and ac units too loud to use but over all a good stay.

Our room didn’t look like the pictures at all!! Room looked like it was pieced together by random leftover furniture from a frat house. Good location and that’s about it.

Bare bones space but very clean with all the expected. The lack of a lamp beside the bed was a drawback for me. Also, I could not figure out how to operate the heating/cooling system. Turned out to not be a problem because the room stayed comfortable.

For a single night it did the job. Convenient, off the freeway. Not located in the quaintest part of town but safe. Very reasonably priced.

Older motel, clean and neat outside. Ample parking. Room had a fun and well done western theme. Room very clean especially bathroom. Nice bed. Not fancy, not a corporate copycat, just an affordable place to send a night.

Best cheap motel option in the Grass Valley / Nevada City area. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Safe area. Clean, basic. Fridge worked, as did microwave and coffee brewer. Good heat. Hot water took 3 minutes to warm up but when it did it was plenty toasty. Bed, sheets and pillow got the job done. Gal at front desk was friendly and helpful. All the motel I needed.

Overall a good place to stay

The stay was good. Small parking lot with some awkward spots. Overall it was a good experience with friendly staff. The room was a little dated it felt and the bed was not the quietest being on a metal fram like a hollow filing cabinet.

It was clean and staff were friendly. Very loud AC unit. The metal bed frames were noisy if bumped, which was easy to do every time of me got on of off the bed.

Easy check in , very friendly. Parking in the back is a little tight. Rooms are rooms are clean. A/C is small so even when it’s on, it stays pretty warm.
