"The staff and location was wonderful, we were only stayed on night. We had breakfast the following day before checking out. Overall, we had a great experience but my only complaint is that although the room description says there’s AC. The room was boiling hot and humid even when we lowered the temp. At the end, we had to open the window and keep it open all night."

"Stayed for 6 nights, 2 guests in the room. The hotel is in a great location with lots of transport links as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is also quiet at night so you can definitely sleep well. The room was great and we made use of all the amenities. We had a nice view from the 17th floor looking out the back of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the working TV in the sitting area was nice to have during World Cup, the air conditioning worked well throughout the heatwave, the decent size fridge kept our food and drinks cold, and the dishes and utensils were very handy for our meal deals. There's also a washer/dryer combo laundry machine and a dishwasher with detergent pods included for both. Great place for an almost week-long stay. Only negatives are that the shower is separate so it may be awkward if you stay with someone, the washroom had a bad sewage smell, and the floors were not cleaned properly as it was quite dusty on arrival. There's no service if your stay is under 7 days, so we didn't expect to be disturbed by housekeeping in the middle of our stay. We had the DND sign out on our door for the entire stay, but one day someone just opened the door while we were inside. That was a little bit unsettling, but other than that it was a pleasant stay and I would consider this hotel again for future visits to London."

"New hotel interior. Everything very clean. A bit of confusion on check in which could have been smoother. Think some staff are still learning the job which is understandable. Rooms are very compact but have everything you need. Bathroom very small but again fine for a short stay. Air con great. Coffee machine good. Bed not overly comfy but fine for one night. Great location, easy to walk to various tube stations or over the bridge to borough market. Would probably stay again but would want a larger room."

"Everything in this hotel is great - the staff, cleanliness, location, amenities - EXCEPT it has no air con (at least inthe room I was in). It was over 30 degrees in July when I checked in an with just a fan, I barely slept. Otherwise, the place is superb value for money. The staff were especially nice."

"Booked a double and a twin for a couple of nights in London. There’s a lovely vibe in the hotel and the staff were possibly the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Rooms are small - particularly the double - but overall would very much recommend it. Great spot."
