"We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo and it was nice sized. Had everything we needed. My only complaint was not being able to keep it cool and I think it is just hard to do in such a humid environment. But the resort was beautiful and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend."

"Awful! Our AC leaked water all over the tile, the deadbolt on our door didn’t lock. Jeanette at the front desk was incredibly rude after we contacted Expedia. She told us she sent maintenance up, w/o even asking our concerns. He then came in, drilled the door, vacuumed out the AC, and left. He didn’t speak English, so we weren’t sure the next steps. Front desk never followed up. AC continued to leak for remainder of our stay. We had to lay towels down. Water leaking on a tile floor equals lots of slipping hazards. We tried to leave the property, but Expedia and the hotel refused to refund us. Sending a maintenance man to the room w/o even confirming our concerns, not being able to communicate AND no follow up from Jeanette was insane. Our stay was awful! Awful! We would still like to be compensated for our awful experience. (Additionally our bathroom shower was disgusting, advertisement of bar and grill is incredibly inaccurate given the small pizza shop, and most staff was not friendly) I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone!"

"Overall decent experience. Kids liked the pools and beach access. It is an older building and it shows in places. The kitchen stuff in our unit was highly used, broken blender etc. The plumbing was problematic and had to call maintenance twice. Also avoid the ice machines... if you look up the shoot you'll find pink mold. We will probably look at other options next time."

"This place is great the location to get in not so much but the hotel over all was incredible from the pool to the hot tub the employees the family suite all of it and the ocean was less then a 5 minute walk you have your own private gate to go in and out of as well so only guest from this hotel can go and come from "

"Towels were never available when me and my family needed them we kept being told housekeeping would bring them to us after they have been washed every single day we traveled 8 hrs and couldn’t never shower at the exact time we wanted. Also the hotel didn’t have face towels at all so we had to buy our own which is ridiculous never had to do this at any other hotel ever in my entire life. Also the power went out and smone alarm went off and no explanation was given for either one. The breakfast was alright but not top tier. Also the room kept getting really even while having the air conditioning on and set at a cold temperature it wouldn’t remain cold all day or all day making it very uncomfortable. I would personally never use a Comfort Inn ever again no matter the location it’s a huge no and red flag for me! I guess it’s true though you get what you pay for!"

"Pros: Great location near the beach, cute motel style, pet friendly, non- smoking with large penalty for violation, with a caveat. Very reasonably priced. Daily room cleaning without having to ask, quiet. Mini fridge and microwave. 24-hour office with parking lot cameras. Common conference area with coffee, tables, TV, mini store-I had a Zoom meeting there. A/C works great. Keys work without constant recharge. Changed WiFi code weekly. Staff and management are friendly and helpful. Cons; Two places with ashtrays on ends. One of the managers smokes there. Non smokers would want a room in the middle. My double queen room was on the smaller side. No dresser. Tight space for table. No coffee makers in rooms. No plugs for the sink or bathtub. Paid parking in parking lot, free parking by gravel. Some construction behind the motel- not loud but may block direct access to the gulf. No breakfast. The price for the hotel is great, but you have to factor in the cost for parking and breakfast fir comparisons with other properties. I missed a free breakfast and in-room coffee makers more than I thought I would. No room dehumidifier. I did not care for the bedspreads. The pool is cute but small I did not use it. But some guests clearly enjoyed it. Recommend you bring a dehumidifier and a broom and dustpan to keep up with the sand between cleaning. If the decorative stone landscaping were grass it would be more pet friendly. I stayed about a week and would definitely stay here again."
