Room good. Nice lighting. Unusual. Spacious plenty parking. Friendly but professional staff. Reasonable prices in bar for food and drinks. Food in eve reasonable. Good breakfast. Coffee good. Bed comfy. Gym rubbish but equipment they got in there I use and it works ok. Never seen a rower that had been in the bottom of the sea. My gloves were rusty when I got off the rower😆 So yes, a good hotel. It always surprises me how many hotels get the above wrong. One other thing to mention. The spa should be free to use for hotel guests, definitely. A £10 charge per hour is not really acceptable. I would stay there again without doubt.

This was our 3rd stay at the Orsett Hall Hotel we have never been disappointed. We booked a couples spa package, that included afternoon tea.massage, and then relaxing in the steam room jacuzzi and pool. Our suite was so nice clean spacious with a four poster bed. We will be coming back for a 4th visit.

Lovely Hotel

Wonderful staff, very accommodating and nice restaurants. Location was great for access. Gym is on the small side, but adequate facilities. In room AC didn't go below 19 degrees, so room was a warm. However still a great place to stay.

The rooms are old furniture held together by a rope. Carpets were dirty. Pillows were hard and so was the bed. The room for breakfast was filthy. I.e the table and chairs. The only thing that was move and clean was the bathroom. The entire hotel needs to be redone,

The breakfast was delicious and it wasn’t the usual buffett, they seat you down and there is breakfast menu, place the order and they make it fresh which was a wonderful experience. We stayed for a wedding which was wonderful. We booked an executive double which was huge, although my parents had the same category of room and it was much smaller, and had views of the gardens. The grounds are lovely, staff polite and dairy intolerance was well catered for. Two choices of places to eat and food selection of food. Breakfast was pricey at £16 each though. Especially if you only eat cereal! Would stay again though.

Picturesque and Relaxing Stay

The hotel is so beautiful and all the grounds well kept. It was so relaxing and picturesque. Our room was very nice, clean and well organised. Breakfast was tasty and absolutely fresh. DON'T BOTHER GIVING REQUESTS, THEY WILL BE IGNORED

I booked 2 rooms, one for ourselves and 1 for my friends. I booked well in advance to ensure we got what we wanted. I entered a request for an accessible room due to my limited mobility. They ignored this request and put me in a room a long walk away from reception in a completely different building. I asked when booking in if our 2 rooms could be close to us and was assured they would be. That again was ignored and the other room was on a different floor altogether. Furthermore despite the fact they were aware of my limited capabilities, they gave us a room with a bath only, which i could not get in and out of so could not use. Very disappointed and would not rec omend to anyone.
