"I travel all over the U.S for business and this resort has met my expectations fully . Any time I am in Reno. This is now my go to resort . Being able to play at the casino , eat at the restaurant and go straight to bed with out any hassle is great . The rooms are spotless , the staff is friendly and the dealers are always smiling . I recommend this resort too all my fellow travelers."

"Staff was very friendly from check in to check out. Our second time staying here. We love being able to walk to the delta center and nearby restaurants. Pool and hot tub were great and the continental breakfast was a full meal way above average. Will definitely be back."

"Beautiful, clean, comfortable room that was spacious and quiet. Bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, personal care items, a hair-dryer and extra toilet paper and tissues. Adequate coffee and supplies for the coffee maker and the 6-pack of bottled water was a nice touch. A spacious closet with almost a dozen hangers. The fridge was already cold and had a surprising amount of space for a mini-fridge. I must mention the elevators are amazingly efficient and the hallways were clean, spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. There's plenty of dining options. We loved having the 2nd Street bakery right around the corner from the elevators. Every morning, we would pop down for pastries and coffee and sometimes a sandwich for lunch. The shops and restaurants are all priced higher than other places but the convenience made it worthwhile to us. We will definitely return to this hotel resort."
