"Staff was awesome from check in- check out! Room was clean. My only issue was access to the balcony in my room. You can't directly walk onto the balcony, there's a pretty high ledge that you have to step up on. Can't sit on the balcony to enjoy the view as it also has a mesh fence which blocks your view when sitting."

"Stop over hotel for flight, Room are spacious and clean and breakfast was standard buffet style. If anything it lacked much atmosphere, but not. Othered for a night and my room was a mission from The lifts"

"This was the best pod hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The digital locks on the pods made everything feel so secure. And the air con in the pods was so lush! I ended up spending more time in my pod just bc of the aircon! There was a bit of an issue with the lights, but I was given late check out for free as compensation so I greatly appreciated that! I will definitely be staying here again!!"

"This is a modern Hotel near Victoria Station. I was impressed with the cleanliness and modern fixtures and fittings. It was slightly unusual to cross the road to reach the restaurant but once there I was very impressed with the professionalism of the catering team, and especially the management who were visible, hands-on, and supportive. I would be happy to use the Hotel again."

"Second visit in two years. Hotel has the perfect location. Room is small but does the job and is modern. Some extra shelving would help for storage though and they need to provide extra towels as the water goes everywhere after a shower"
