"The hotel was clean and very comfortable - the pool area was great for young kids as well. Breakfast was very good too! The property is located close enough to Clifton Hill to enjoy the amenities, without too much of the chaos right out front as well. We will definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel and very central to many downtown Toronto activities. I’ve stayed here a few times and the check in process is always very slow. I’m not sure why. The new elevator system is efficient but staff aren’t very good at explaining how it works so it took a moment to figure it out Our room was beside a room with a very unhappy baby and we were woken up many times throughout the night. I didn’t realize how thin the walls are until this stay. Just something to keep in mind."

"Excellent hotel if you are coming to explore Chicago. Lots of history in the building which transports you back in time without feeling dated due to the efforts of the owners/staff to keep it up. Pricing is outstanding for location, easy walk to L stations and the area is relatively safe even early into the morning."
