"The hotel was nicely appointed and well situated for our needs. The room was comfortable, staff were polite, and the waterslide at the family pool was a huge hit. The cleaning staff were among the friendliest I’ve ever met! Unfortunately, there were also some down sides. The bathroom wasn’t super clean, there were small rocks in our carpet, there was limited staff to clean the tables in the cafe (we had to move others’ discarded food and dishes two mornings in a row), items were broken/missing from the gaming room, etc. While I would normally look past all of these, it is really difficult to do so given the price we paid for the room (over $1k for two nights, before parking fees). The hotel was very, very busy."

"Check in can be slightly confusing however you get the hang of it quickly. It was close to many amenities, a train away or a longer walk. The loft was cleaning than most however there was still dust and some crumbs left behind. Over all we were pleased with our stay even though very pricey for 3 nights"

"When I checked Anne and went into the restroom. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. And the outlet in the vanity area where the microwave and the mirror also did not work. The toilet kept running. The handle would not go up-and-down after you flushed the toilet. I immediately contact maintenance, and they fix the problem. I went out for a while, came back and the toilet still did not work correctly. Although it was stated that they fixed, it also the sliding door from the bathroom to the room was off of its hinge. And I asked the maintenance guide, since he was there. Could he repair that? And that was repaired, there were issues with the hotel that I should not have had to experience. When I arrived."
