"We had a FANTASTIC 2 king bed suite with a FULL VIEW of the American Falls and the Canadian Falls. It was AWESOME! The only reason I subtracted a star from maintenance is that the jacuzzi tub wouldn't work. Of course, just like I forgot to say anything at checkout, I'm sure that others before me, forgot or just didn't bother to let the desk people know. Anyway, this hotel is a definite 5 star venue that I will highly recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls, Canada."

"The air conditioning didn’t really cool the whole room as it spent most of the time blowing into the curtains that we had to pin back to keep from blocking the air flow. The towels are not normal people sized and are very small. The room was clean and the service was great. The discounted aquarium tickets was an amazing unknown perk."

"The staff was very kind however I was really looking forward to wearing one of the Chelsea hotel robes, but I was told that they were all out and they were dirty so that was quite upsetting but other than that the room was decently clean could’ve been cleaner, and there was no baggage rest which we had last time and I found that a little inconvenient but not at the end of the world overall it was a good stay and I would stay again."
