"I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

"With it's waterpark pool, this is an ideal location for families with young children. However, we are seniors, just looking for a quiet place to rest our heads after a 10-hour day of travel. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and parking was a nightmare! The pool is visible from the lobby through the glass wall. It was jam packed with screaming kids! There were kids everywhere! They were running dripping wet through the lobby. Any thought of slipping quietly into the hot tub to relax...

"The property felt more like a motel than a hotel. While the room appeared clean at first glance, there were noticeable stains on the floor and some of the bedding. Room was renovated mostly well with updated features (flooring) The hotel was quiet at night and it was full when we stayed. Cons: The bed was worn out and uncomfortable, TV was quite small could have been larger, some stains on the floor and the mattress cover within the sheets, drains of the jacuzzi and shower were falling apart.
