"Great location, easy to get about Cape Town either walking or by uber. Underground car parking available as well if you have a rental. Staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, very helpful and always had a smile - made the stay for my group. Hotel room was lovely as was the bar, restaurant. We happened to be staying on Valentine's Day and decided to eat the special menu on offer within the hotel - turned out to be a great decision. Fantastic food, guest artist playing music for the evening, just lovely. I will be staying here again."

"Wonderful luxurious stay at this 5-star property near Bo Kaap in central Cape Town. Delicious food especially at the top SA restaurant, Urchin. There was a mix up at check in but it was corrected by staff by the time I had finished dinner. Like all areas of Cape Town CBD, it may be uncomfortably with some people asking for money. Unfortunately there’s a wide economic disparity between the haves and have-nots."
