"Resort was beautiful and my family had a wonderful time. The Pros - we were in a swim out which was fabulous. The room was spacious and clean. The entertainment staff were wonderful, my 15 year old joined in on everything and the nightly shows were fabulous. The coffee shop was amazing, they had the best coffee drinks and ice cream. This was a big hit for the whole family. The Cons- service our fist night at the Italian was sub-par. They were very busy and there was a very long wait, so we tried to be open minded and patient. After 45 minutes we decided to sit on the terrace because the inside line was not moving, it was very hot out there and the service was still very slow. We waited over 45 minutes just for drinks. Thankfully, things only went up form here! The rest of our meals were fabulous. We learned and went to dinner earlier. The buffet was good, some things were definitely better then others but everyone could always fine something they enjoyed. We also enjoyed the mexican restaurant. Overall the staff was wonderful and I Would highly recommend."

"The room was spacious. Clean. The housekeeper was professional and reliable, checking in on us daily. We had a family suite which is essentially a king room connected to a room with 2 double beds. The shower leaked terribly in the double room and flooded the bathroom during showers. In the king room we had the tiniest ants . The property is nice but not as clean as other Hilton resorts we’ve stayed at.. There was a lot of rubbish in the beach sand, along the pathways etc. The staff was gracious and helpful in every way. There was one bartender at the side bar that was a bit short with customers but we just avoided him. He probably needs a different profession. The location was nice.. with several restaurants around and just a mile down from Old San Juan. There wasn’t much for teens at this property. There was a ping pong table . It was outside which was nearly impossible to play in the wind. We are not huge soccer fans, so we didn’t join in on the activities with the big screen in the lounge area. I would recommend the resort for adults but maybe not for teens."

"From the moment we arrived, Robinson was friendly, welcoming, and professional. My family checked in together, but my sister's room was assigned far from ours. We asked if it would be possible for us to stay in the same area, and Robinson and the team made it happen. We truly appreciated the extra effort to accommodate our request. Robinson made sure we had an amazing stay from start to finish, including arranging bell service for us. The two bellmen who helped us the most, Jose Cruz and Victor, were outstanding. They were friendly, informative, and always willing to help. Whenever we were ready to return to our room, we would call them before their shifts ended. Even if we forgot their schedule and they were no longer working, they made sure someone else came to assist us. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did, and we really appreciated their kindness and dedication. Having Robinson, Jose, and Victor as part of our experience made our stay memorable. As for the dining, the Italian restaurant was disappointing. The bread was very hard, and there were flies around the open food station. I understand that some things can happen, and I don't blame the staff for that. The steakhouse was okay, while the hibachi restaurant was fun and very entertaining. One suggestion would be to ask guests in advance if they would like egg in their fried rice, as not everyone eats eggs. Overall, despite a few issues with some of the dining options, we had an amazing vacation."
