The Minu’s Cottage is a waterfront property situated in the Greater Napanee area on a 0.7 acre of land filled with gardens, trees, wildlife, and the crystal-clear waters of Hay Bay - the perfect place to relax, explore, and commune with nature. We also invite anglers and families to visit Minu’s Cottage to relax, fish, and enjoy the amenities. We are located in the Greater Napanee area on the south shore of Hay Bay and on the Bay of Quinte, Ontario.

Greater Napanee is also home to some outstanding local wineries, cideries, and breweries! So, if you're thirsty, stop by and sample a drink for yourself!

Outfitted with three bedrooms with two Queen, two twin beds with an additional sleeping option of a sofa bed, a spa-like master washroom, an additional 3-piece washroom, and an open concept kitchen and living area, facing your private waterfront. The basement is equipped with a sectional sofa, wood fireplace, 55" smart TV, and a massage chair to relax and enjoy your stay in winter—an additional room with a pool table to enjoy your stay with friends and family. For cooking and dining, there is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor gas BBQ on your private two-stage stretching backyard deck and a three-seater swing to enjoy the cool breeze of the lake during summer. A fire pit sits on the lawn to relax with a glass of wine, and to roast marshmallows with friends and family as the splendid sunsets grace the horizon. Bring your boat to park at our private dock, fishing rod, and get ready for a great time during summer.

The crystal clear waters of Hay Bay present beautiful kayaking opportunities. The Minu’s cottage offers all the amenities one could desire for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a unique work-from-home chance throughout the year.

Despite being away from the noise, restaurants, Walmart, Canadian Tire, No-frills, and Dollarama, including all the amenities of Addington & Lenox County are only a 20-minute drive.
