"This is by far the most beautiful hotel in which we’ve stayed. The room was immaculate and huge, the staff was kind and friendly, the breakfast was 10/10, and it’s in the heart of Split. The gym has an excellent weigh selection and was spotless, and our masseuse was amazing. Would love to come back!!"

"The location is perfect, not the mention the room is sound proof, as well as, spacious for two with the queen sized bed. Staff was friendly and very helpful, willing to help no matter the question. Breakfast where should I begin, it was mediocre and have much of a variety, just words from the wise don't have high expectations at breakfast.... I would recommend because of location, property and staff.. "

"I cannot say enough positive things about this stay and Milka- the proprietor. The rooms are right in the old town. Perfect location. Clean. Very comfortable. Honestly- one of the best features is Milka. He is so great at communication and at getting you everything that is needed. My daughter was coming in at 11:30 at night. I arranged to have Milka pick her up at the airport. It went very smoothly and even walked her to where the rooms are to make sure she felt comfortable. (there are no cars allowed in the old town portion of Split). Whatever you want, he can get it for you- or will know someone that can do it. He was GREAT. There is no elevator- so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs… but you are staying in an ancient city- so a few minutes of lugging your luggage up stairs is absolutely worth it. If I could give him 10 stars- I would!"

"Check in was a nightmare. I stood in the COLD waiting for them for close to an hour, they refused to text me - instead kept calling which was $$$ for me, then instead of apologizing explained to me that they had extenuating circumstances. I didn't warm up u til the next day!!! I paid extra to make things simple/easy and the opposite resulted. The place itself was great. The breakfast was divine. But the customer service - nightmare. "
