"Super breakfast, good variety of food. The staff were great, they went out of their way to serve us. Always smiling and happy. The rooms were ok, the carpets looked a bit tired, but overall it was a lovely room. The best thing about it was it was walking distance from the V&A waterfront, the best area for walking, eating and going for trips. "

"We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, which was small and in quiet location. Pool area was small but clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Only downside to the hotel was that the sink in our room was terrible (luke warm water and almost a trickle from the tap). The shower was fine but the overall condition of the bathroom wasn't good. The rest of the hotel room was acceptable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and think it was good value for the price."
