"The location is great. We were disappointed with the check in offering us a basic room when we had already paid for a view. The room we paid for was good but the floors needed a major clean! Looks like they haven’t been cleaned for six months. This is disappointing for a four star hotel. Even the rubbish from the previous guests hadn’t been emptied."

"The ice cube dispenser on the second floor was great ! The rooms are quiet and the staff was hospitable! Also the beds are very comfortable. The front desk was accommodating to allow us into our room early after a long transatlantic journey! "
