"The only good about this place is location. DONT STAY there ever. Dirty, unkempt hotel. You have to climb over 40 steep stairs to get to reception with your luggage. No closets or drawers in the room, just coat rack. Very sad experience"

The experience began with a 3:30 PM room was not done (they forgot) after I sought assistance from Expedia, the Manager came to the room once it was done and was not very professional with his attitude. While I specifically booked a 'Room with a View,' all the front of the building was covered with a construction scaffolding and mesh. The location itself feels quite unsafe; the nightly soundtrack of shouting from local gatherings makes it clear that security is not a priority. This is ultimately a convention factory, not the refined 5-star sanctuary one would expect. Considering the ABUNDANCE OF SUPERIOR HOTELS for similiar price you can have a safer, more welcoming neighborhoods, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.""
