"Staff was great and very friendly. This is a basic hotel. Nothing fancy. No coffee pot in room etc. Tv ran on internet service which in our room location was very spotty and at first tv didnt work at all. Location to time sq is perfect. Took a long time to get car from valet upon checkout. Overall a good hotel for a couple of nights"

"This was a wonderful hotel with spacious rooms, especially for NYC. Everything worked well and the staff were all very helpful. A small complaint is that the adjacent restaurant, where we got a 15% discount for breakfast, did not open till 8:00, and I had a meeting starting then."

"Safe, iron or ice machine on our floor didn’t work. I filed a dispute and was promised to be moved Saturday, but it never happened. Spoke with Jay and told him I was going to dispute the $144 charge on my credit card."
