The cabin was clean & well stocked with everything we needed and more! Great communication from the host when we needed it. My only advice to future guests is to bring your own pillows as the ones in the cabin were just ok. We would definitely stay here again.
The cabin was fantastic it was clean, had all kitchen needs, and was in a great location. It was so nice to sit on the porch and relax. Check in was so simple and easy. Overall great cabin 104 and would definitely recommend it and stay here again, loved my time here.
We were excited to get out of the heat and could not have picked a better spot. The cabin was cozy. We went on hikes and walks more than once a day and the convenience of restaurants and shops was perfect.
Had a very nice two-night stay in Greer. We love the town and the surrounding countryside, and we really enjoyed our stay at the Monteverde Retreat (cabin 104). The cabin was everything we wanted: beautifully decorated, cozy floorplan with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The check in process was seamless, and the property manager was very responsive. Recommended.
Monteverde was very nice. It was clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, the water well went out during our stay and we were moved to another cabin. The 2nd cabin wasn’t as big or nice. I understand that things happen and certainly appreciate that they were able to get us in another cabin. I would have hoped that they would offer to reduce the price of our stay. They did not.
The cabin was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. It was well stocked on not only pots and pans but seasoning, utensils, plates, etc. the cabin was the perfect size for our small family. The only thing I wish was we had a better view. It was a nice view but we either looked at the road or the mountains but with the mountain view you saw your neighbors. But it was beautiful and cozy. Also, the host Annie is amazing

Perfect location
If you’re looking for a short weekend, getaway or Long, this is the perfect place. Cabins were new and well furnished and very comfortable. The property is essentially located to many wonderful, beautiful things in the white mountains. I wish I could’ve enjoyed the property more, but there was a wedding scheduled during the same time, so certain parts were off-limits, such as the river and ponds.
Never received clear check in and check out instructions. However, I would not hold that against them as it was definitely worth the experience of coming up here.
The space was as pictured with more than adequate supplies left for us to improve our meals and take care of any kitchen needs. The space was very well utilized for eating and sitting. The beds comfortable. Pleasant porch for morning coffee and easy access to car. One missing item is a lamp in the living area-can't watch TV or read with overhead spotlights only. The outside environment is well maintained with interesting landscaping. A very pleasant stay with perfect weather. Thanks!
We enjoyed our stay so much. It was the perfect little getaway. We wished to have stayed longer. The cabin was so perfect, it had everything we needed. The host was so friendly.
Not great. We were blocked from using the restaurant due to a wedding. The group also had a loud party, booming band until well past midnight. It was not a nice mountain visit.
This is a great cabin, and the property management is easy to get a hold of. We had a couple of issues we were able to fix ourselves (the TV also had to be unplugged and plugged back in once a day for the sound to work), but the management was available. We will be back next summer!
We truly enjoyed our stay with one exception. I have an allergy to dogs and notice dog hair throughout the cabin. This can cause issues with someone allergic to dogs like myself.
We weren’t able to leave the cabin because it snowed and had 50-70 mph winds the whole time we were there!! It was okay though because the accommodations were cozy and we had all we needed. The kitchen is very nice and the extra bathroom makes it very convenient. Loved the little stove for the warm fire! TV and wifi worked perfect. Property manager was easy to reach and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!!

Great management
We were disappointed with the cabin we rented. That being said the manager, Annie, of The Last Resorts was spectacular
She will be able to recommend what cabin is most suitable for your needs. She turned a disappointment into a pleasant experience. Definitely give The Last Resorts a chance to serve your vacations needs in Greer.
