Very nice hotel - friendly check-in staff. Good and spacius rooms. Restaurant service was poor and slow - they need attention to details - like cleaning of tables, taking orders in a timely manner. Food was good. Service needs to improve. Pool and sauna - they were nice and clean.

Great place to stay in Grenoble, quiet area and yet very accessible. Very clean and nice. The staff everywhere (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) were all really nice and helpful with no exception. Will definitely stay here again

The front desk staff were wonderful so friendly and accommodating Also the bartender and server The hotel was alright but needed some updates A little shabby around the edges The jacuzzi pool looked great but was very cold It looked as though they are trying to save money so cutting back on certain things Staff made it better than it actually was

Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte, alors que c'est un hĆ“tel 4 * et qu'il faisait vraiment chaud. La caution de 100ā‚¬ n'a pas Ć©tĆ© remboursĆ©e le jour mĆŖme. Pourquoi? J'attends le virement sur mon compte. Je ne recommande plus cet hĆ“tel.

Le personnel de l'accueil super sympa et accueillant. L'Ć©tat de la salle de bain pas top ! Le parking pas pratique du tout, le spa fermĆ© ! L'Ć©tat de la salle de petit dej pas terribles ! Nous n'avons pas Ć©tĆ© mis au courant que l'hĆ“tel Ć©tait en rĆ©novation. Jour d'arrivĆ©e, le restaurant/zone dĆ©tente fermĆ©s. 1 ascenseur non fonctionnel, clĆ©s des chambres non fonctionnelles. Nous devions chercher Ć  chaque fois le rĆ©ceptionniste. Cela Ć  durĆ© jusqu'Ć  hier soir. La zone detente non fonctionelle, le jacuzzi peinait au niveau des jets (donc pas de bulles), il faisait trĆØs froid, sauna qui n'allait pas plus haut que 35degrĆ©s. Meme aprĆØs 30min de chauffe. Fitness vieux, sale, et machines HS. Parking gratuit.... mais exterieur ! En vue de l'insĆ©curitĆ© trĆØs prĆ©sente Ć  Grenoble, il nous a Ć©tĆ© vivement conseillĆ© de mettre la voiture dans le garage.... Ć  14euros la nuit ! Pour l'instant, j'attends un retour de la responsable pour un geste commerciale en vue de tous les problemes presents durant ces deux nuits Ć  l'hĆ“tel qui etait un cadeau pour mon mari. TrĆØs dƩƧue.

Nettes Hotel fĆ¼r die Durchreise, schon etwas abgenutzt. GroƟes minus es gibt keine Elektrotankstelle. Es gibt warmes Essen bis 22:00 Uhr, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch sehr gutes FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbuffet und reichhaltig. GroƟes Blues es gibt frischen Orangensaft, frisch gepresst.
