Comfort Suites Dry Ridge

"We had scheduled to stay 5 nights. The 1st night was good: Clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, room well stocked, etc. The room was very quiet and the temperature was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety. My only complaint was the pillows were lumpy. However, after going out for activities, when we returned, there was a foul oder in the entire hallway of our floor. We reported it to the front desk, who immediately checked it out & called maintenance to look into it. The smell began to come into our room. We were offered a room on a different floor, but the smell was beginning to show up there as well. So, we requested a refund & it was granted following a single phone call. We only had to pay for the 1st night, which we had no problem paying. We had a second reservation booked to stay here again. So 3 days later, we went back to see if the oder was still present, but it wasn't. We asked that night's clerk what they found out about it; but she hadn't even heard about it. So, it must have been resolved quickly. We will stay here again & hope for the best."

"The room was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. My grandson kept saying it was the best bed he had ever slept in. The check-in and check-out times were very generous. The activity we had planned on Sunday didn’t open till 1:00, so having a noon checkout time was great!!"
