We were expecting to see others due to the shared restroom and kitchen but seemed to have it to ourselves, which was an unexpected plus. The stairs are much steeper than one may hope, but eventually got used to. The restroom is in the middle level for the honeymoon tower, so you have to leave the room to use it.
