"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. "The hotel does not have A/C and I stayed during a record-breaking heat wave. I was fortunate to have a room with adjacent windows, and the room had a good fan. Munford is a quiet town, and I was able to leave the windows open at night and get a good night's sleep. I imagine some of the other rooms were less comfortable than mine due to the extreme heat. They have a nice made to order breakfast and there is a delightful pub in the hotel which offers good quality but typical pub meals."
